+ the audience
preparation:
Best is if you place it somewhere in the basement. In our experiment (at Steim/ Amsterdam) we will do it like this:
The basement level of the Steim has 3 studios. They are numbered 1 through 3. And they look like an obscure 80's flying saucer. All 3 studios have an extraordinary built in audio network which is around 30 years old and is connected through wires and windows!!!
This setup of rooms is really important if you want to make this experiment on your own.
In my experiment I will isolate Studio #2 (Isolated chamber room) as the radio broadcast station, the audience will be placed in Studio #3 (the venue room) and Studio# 1 will be used as a catalyst (special spooky room)
In this radio experiment the audience will listen to the stream from studio#3.
Studio#3 therefore needs to have:
- candle light - comfortable seats for listening - a Laptop or desktop computer for listening to the stream and chatting with us via the Radio23.org +++ in addition I will install a "secret mic" to connect studio#3 (audience) and studio#2 (broadcast station).+++ I´m interested in creating a communication between all the people taking part in this radio show (outside/inside- chat/mic) ,without paying attention if they are audience or performing artists. -a holy shrine with a donation box and the "secret mic", which allows the audience to donate money, spells, wishes and secret thoughts in the radio stream, for their own success.
Studio#2 (Isolated chamber room)
broadcasting headquaters, for mixing and managing all the streaming and performance operations
Studio#1 (special spooky room)
The Shaman Perspective Collective is in this room. When they turn on the light in studio 1 the light in studio 2 turns off and their performance begins. The audience can watch them through the windows from studio 2 (3m in length and 1m in height).
